The offered programs, and only when running, may occasionally contact servers of the "tempel.org" domain (which is registered by Thomas Tempelmann) in order to:

• Check for updates to the program.
• Check for license status of the program where necessary.
• Submit anonymous usage statistics that include the used macOS version, payment status (where applicable), the current system language and locale, and the app's total launch count. This data is not shared with any other parties.
  (I like to have this information to be able to better understand my audience, in order to decide whether I need to support more languages, or whether I need to keep supporting older macOS versions because there's still a significant amount of users relying on it.)
